Massage Therapy – We are able to offer both chair or table massage options for buisness and/or events.
Group Fitness – We can provide fitness classes ranging from Strength Training, to HIIT, Core, Stretch, and more.
Personal Training – 1-1 Sessions can be offered in full 50 minute or shorter 30 min options
